The HEPCloud Facility provides a unified virtual facility across local resources at Fermilab, shared grid resources, High Performance Computing facilities, and commercial clouds.  Key components include the Decision Engine which finds and requests appropriate resources for the user workflow, the unified provisioning system which makes them all appear as a single unified cluster, and the security and financial controls that allow us to use these resources safely and securely.
